About Us
The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation organized exclusively to support the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging programs and services.
Together we face many challenges in providing services for the rapidly growing number of seniors in our community. The mission of the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging Foundation is to raise funds and generate support for VCAAA programs that endeavor to improve the lives of seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers in the communities which it serves.
Since 1994, our nonprofit has been dedicated to conquering hunger for seniors in Ventura County and currently assists in funding services for all priority programs at the agency. However, each year, we see more and more underserved older adults in our community on waitlists or yet unreached that our Foundation aims to serve with your help. By investing with us, we can fill this gap and continue to assist in enhancing and maintaining community-based systems of care that provide services, which support independence and protect the quality of life of older persons and persons with functional impairments. For older adults in Ventura County, your gift is a lifeline.
